You can choose which streaming format to use, and we don't charge extra for using the superior AAC+ format.
Our servers are fully compatible with NSV Video streaming for online TV stations. There is no extra charge for using Video.

In order to cater for a range of different customers, we offer two tiers of service. Premium servers are designed for professional stations and those than need a cast iron uptime guarantee and extra features. For smaller hobby stations on a smaller budget, we offer a Value alternative.
We believe that customer support should never be compromised, regardless of the price paid, so we provide exactly the same help and support for Premium and Value customers. There are some small differences between the services offered, here is a quick outline on the differences.
We operate over 40 servers located at 9 datacentres across the UK and USA. Our providers use multiple Tier-1 carriers for a solid, buffer free stream. To show our commitment to give the best quality streaming, we offer a 100% uptime service level agreement with all premium network accounts which entitles customers to receive compensation for any downtime.
To ensure maximum stability and buffer-free streaming, we only use datacentres that have been fully tested and approved - we are constantly investing money to test out different networks around the world, and only ever host customers on networks that pass our high standards. This means that you, the customer, benefits from our experience. We also only ever deal directly with datacentres that have engineeers on site 24 hours a day in case anything goes wrong.
